Two fully funded Ph.D. positions are available from Fall/Spring 2020 in the area of hardware and computer security; deep learning modeling, hardware and security; emerging devices (e.g. non-volatile memory) based high performance circuits, systems and security; IoT and CPS security, etc. Candidates should be good at programming skills (HDL/C/C++/Python etc.).
