Bill Murray is a University of Rhode Island Mechanical Engineering alum (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering ’78) and received an MBA from Bryant University in ’96. Bill is the recently-retired CEO of Teknor Apex, a thermoplastic compound solutions company based in Rhode Island. He serves as the chair of the IEP Advisory Board. He also presently serves on the President’s as well as on the College of Engineering Advisory Council. Additionally, he received the Dean’s Award from the College of Engineering in 2014. At Teknor Apex, Bill sponsored the Victor Baxt Scholarship.
