A survivor of non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Ian Kanterman will graduate this spring from the International Engineering Program, with degrees in biomedical engineering and French.

This spring, Daniel Levesque will graduate from the Spanish International Engineering Program with degrees in Spanish and mechanical engineering, and a minor in leadership studies.

Lars Erickson was named a Chevalier (or Knight) by the French government for his outstanding achievements at promoting the study of the French language and culture.

Spearheaded by URI’s Spanish International Engineering Program, engineering students created prosthetic arms and hands using a 3-D printer for four Colombians who had lost limbs.
