Biography

Dan Cartier started as the Facilities Operations Assistant Director of Maintenance & Repair in July 2012. He was previously employed with the Chariho school system as the head of Maintenance before joining Rhode Island College as the Director of Maintenance & Repair. Uri has been blessed with his talents and incredible work ethics.  Dan is very passionate about saving the environment and keeping URI Green. He has helped reduce plastic water bottles with the installation of water dispensing units and he keeps the URI vehicle fleet green with every new electric charging station he installs.
