• Reviews budget performance, expenditure tracking, and alignment of resource allocations with KPIs and the university’s Strategic Plan.
• Monitors administrative policies and makes recommendations on budget model proposals, institutional research initiatives, and other administrative actions affecting faculty and academic freedom.

University Manual Appendix C: By-Laws of the Faculty Senate, Section 4.90

The Budget and Administration Committee (BAC) shall  comprise five faculty members, three of whom shall be faculty senators. The chair shall serve a two-year term and will be elected by the committee following input from the faculty senate executive committee. The Committee shall provide reports on their activities to the Faculty Senate at least annually and more often as directed by the FSEC or the Senate. Any specific BAC proposals for action will flow from the Committee to the FSEC and then to the Senate.  #24-25-19
