Navy STEM Resources

Showcasing STEM college and career connections early and often is critical to ensuring all students can imagine a variety of future possibilities for themselves.

Through an Office of Naval Research grant, a research collaboration between GEMS-Net, the College of Engineering at the University of Rhode Island, and the School of Engineering at UCONN developed resources to address STEM workforce development needs.

As part of the research, local teachers and engineering researchers created resources to enhance student engagement in science and STEM classrooms and introduce a variety of college and career opportunities across engineering disciplines.
