Senate Meeting

The Graduate Student Senate gathers three times each semester from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Each meeting is followed by sponsored refreshments and a perfect chance to connect with peers and foster relationships across disciplines. Occasionally, special meetings may be scheduled with advance notice.

Permission to Speak Form

Graduate Student Senators and the URI graduate student community will receive an invitation in advance of each Senate meeting. Additionally, meeting agendas and minutes may be accessed through the links provided above. Senate meetings are open to all members of the graduate student community. Non-senate members may address the Senate upon invitation from the Speaker of the Senate.

Executive Board and Committee Meetings
