The GSA has partnered with the URI Bookstore to offer GSA-sponsored regalia discounts to URI Graduates this Spring 2024 for $50. In order to use promo code URIGSA$50, please make sure you have Nominated yourself for Graduation and filled out all required forms from the Grad School to be on the Graduating List.
The promotional code provides a $50 OFF Master and PhD outfits. The $50 OFF* will only be applicable to the three outfit options below and will only be valid one time per user:
*The $50 OFF cannot be used for Master and PhD a la carte items. A Master/PhD Outfit package option must be purchased to receive the $50 OFF savings.
The promo code URIGSA$50 will only be active from 4/1 – 4/21. Only Students who have nominated themselves for graduation and cleared by the Grad school to graduate can use the code. If your name is not on the graduating list, the promo code will not be applied to your online purchase, and you will be charged the full amount of your purchase.
Orders must be placed on the URI Campus bookstore website using the promo code for the $50.00 savings. We will not be able to offer the discount for in-store purchases for reporting purposes. Students can select to either pick their order up in our store or have their order shipped to their home address when placing their order on our website.
Students who already purchased or want to purchase regalia without the promo-code option can fill-out the regalia reimbursement request form. Then create a single PDF file merging – 1. The regalia reimbursement request form 2. The purchasing receipt(s). Then, email the single PDF file to GSA (GSA-email-group@uri.edu) for reimbursement. Thank you.
