The Graduate Student Association (GSA) is pleased to offer the Graduate Student Regalia Reimbursement Program to support graduating students by offsetting the cost of graduation regalia. This program provides financial assistance to graduate students participating in the University’s Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony through either an in‑store discount or a post‑purchase reimbursement, based on eligibility.

To take advantage of this opportunity, eligible candidates must:

• Complete and submit the appropriate regalia reimbursement or discount form
• Be listed on the Spring 2026 Commencement Register
• Provide copies of receipts from the URI Bookstore for regalia purchases, if applying for post‑purchase reimbursement

Please note that all reimbursement and discount requests are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are subject to final approval by the GSA Executive Council. We encourage graduating students to take advantage of this program and celebrate their academic achievements.
