Jackson Diehl ’27

Hi! My name is Jackson Diehl and I am a sophomore double majoring in Biological Sciences and Psychology B.S. with a minor in mathematics on the pre-medical track. I aspire to attend medical school where I intend to have a psychiatric specialty. My learning and research interests heavily pertain to how biological factors can affect the behavior and cognition of individuals, diagnosis of mental disorders, and both medicinal and therapeutic options of how to treat diagnosed individuals.

I am also invovled on campus with Delta Epsilon Mu Pre-Health Professional Fraternity, CELS Peer Mentor, CELS Ambassador, an an Academic Enhancement Center Tutor.

I wanted to become an Honors Ambassador as I deeply value working interpersonally with people, and I highly believe the best way to foster success and achieve goals is by learning from one another. By being an Honors Ambassador, I would first hand be able to extend my knowledge about URI’s Honors Program and resources that would be favorable for others.
