B.U.I.L.D. is an experiential career course that centers professional inclusion and career advocacy by connecting students to diverse employers in Rhode Island. Students will have the opportunity to forge authentic relationships with a diverse network of professionals by touring facilities and engaging in meaningful dialogue about their experiences in various industry areas with a marginalizing or underrepresented racial/ethnic identity. This course will allow students to explore their professional values, identify personal strengths and areas of growth, and increase their network of representative working professionals to effectively BUILD.
