Assessment of tuition and fees
Billing for the 2024 J Term will begin in e-Campus on November 6th. Tuition and fees are calculated according to credit enrollments. Adding and dropping credits may cause a change in your bill. A detailed version of your account is available online via your e-Campus Account Summary and your Payment and e-Bill Portal. Account activity and balances are updated in real time, and payment can be made through your Portal. Learn more about your Flywire Payment and e-Bill Portal.
Changes in enrollment may affect financial aid eligibility. Students must remain enrolled at least half-time to qualify for federal loans. Please contact a financial aid counselor for specific information.
Third party payer
You may assign guest access to e-Campus to a third party to view your billing, academic records, and/or financial aid information. A guest can be a parent, guardian, grandparent, sibling, employer, or other third party payer. J Term billing and reassessment dates
Charges are reduced according to the following scale when courses are dropped:
| Monday, November 6, 2023 | 2024 Winter J Term charges are assessed and viewable on e-Campus and in the Payment and e-Bill Portal. |
| Sunday, December 3, 2023 | 2024 Winter J Term balances due in full. Students enrolling in December for the 2024 Winter J Term should be prepared to remit payment as soon as their charges are assessed. |
| Through Tuesday, January 2, 2024 | 2024 Winter J Term course can be dropped with 100% reduction in charges. |
| Through Wednesday, January 3, 2024 | 2024 Winter J Term course can be dropped with 50% reduction in charges. |
| Wednesday, February 7, 2024 | Late payments fees will be assessed on unpaid 2024 J Term bill balances. Fees will be added on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full. |
| Wednesday, February 7, 2024 | Registration/transcript holds will be placed on accounts with unpaid balances. |
Refund policy
Students withdrawing from a Winter J Term course are subject to the following refund schedule:
Up until midnight on Tuesday, January 2: 100%
Up until midnight on Wednesday, January 3: 50%
