Students will learn about theories of organizational and individual change in the context of three HRM functions: job analysis, performance management and training. This course will sharpen knowledge about how to evaluate and develop employee knowledge, skills, and abilities through training and performance management practices in order to align with organizational strategies and changes in the environment.
