Biography

I have a BA in English Literature from Tsuda University in Tokyo, and a Diploma in Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language from the Institute of International Education in London. Before moving to the US, I worked at the Sendai International Center and also taught Japanese to international students who wanted to enter the higher educational institute at Kyoto Japanese Language Training Center within Kyoto Computer Gakuin(school) in Japan. In the US, I have been an online Japanese Language Instructor at the Japan Society of Boston and am still writing articles about Kanji, proverb, 4-idiom Kanji(“Yojijukugo”), and quizzes for “Perapera newsletter,” a monthly newsletter for Japanese learners.
