Congratulations to Professor Dennis Nixon on being awarded with the degree of Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa from Roger Williams School of Law. 

Professor Nixon has been the Director of the Rhode Island Sea Grant Program since 2013 whilst teaching Marine Affairs courses such as Coastal Zone Law and Marine & Coastal Law. Professor Nixon is known in the department for his incredibly knowledgable and engaging lectures as well as his many experiences in the Marine Affairs field. Congratulations Professor Nixon!
