Initially I joined Level 1 training because it was recommended. Now, however, Kingian principles and restorative justice practices have become an embedded part of what I do and who I am. I am often trying to think and re-think strategies that will help shape programs and systems in ways that are wholistic and restorative. Especially in my community, this work is essential in helping young people become justice-minded, joy filled peace makers.
