About: 

I am currently doing ABP Level 7 Extended Diploma in Leadership and Management in the Health and Social Care Sector at London College of Technology. I believe that mental health problems are a silent killer, which not only destroys the sufferer but also drains the family of the sufferer emotionally and financially. Mostly, many of the people from Nepal as well as other underdeveloped countries are nowadays suffering from stress, depression and many forms of serious mental illness. One of the main causes for it is violence. I think this training would help me practice nonviolence leadership to solve problems of Mental health and practice leadership that brings gender perspective to my work.

In the Fall of 2014 I will enter a graduate program at Maharishi University in Iowa in Business Sustainability.
