As a Faculty Lecturer, I teach “Social cohesion vis-a-vis conflict” as one of the themes in “Education and Development” subject for MPhil course under Tribhuvan University in Nepal. As a student, I had the opportunity to learn about nonviolence and peace during my Master’s Degree in Political Science. Through this URI Summer Course, I would seek to address the undercurrent conflict surrounding the issue of ‘social inclusion’ in Nepal. In turn, I would share the knowledge so gained with my peer-teachers and students within and outside formal classrooms at School and in University.
