My name is Khado Gyal. I was born in Tibet and I firmly believe that nonviolence is an extremely powerful and just weapon. It cuts without wounding and ennobles the man who wields it. It is a sword that heals. With the current situation the way it is in my hometown of Tibet, the Kingian Nonviolence Training I gain will help me one day aid my country.
