My name is Deepak and I am from Nepal.  Since 2012, I have been a central committee member for the Collective Campaign for Peace in Nepal.  Also, since 2012 I have been the Vice President of the Lumbini Journalist Society.  I have been a member of the Dalit Civil Society since 2006 and a member of the Federation of Nepali Journalist, Lalitpur District.  I am interested in the International Nonviolence Summer Institute because of all the knowledge I can gain about how to sustain nonviolence and peace over a period of time in my country.
