Mr. Ngodup Tsering, the Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to North America, will talk about the Four Commitments of the Dalai Lama. Mr. Ngodup was born in Tibet but raised in India. He graduated from the Panjab University in Chandigarh, India majorning in Political Science, Economics, and English. Previously, Mr. Ngodup also served as a member of the 7th Tibetan Parliament in Exile and a Kalon (minister) for the Department of Education.
