I am a graduate of North Lawndale College Prep (NLCP) in Chicago and served as the  Assistant Director of Civic Engagement and the Executive Director of the NLCP Peace Warrior Organization and Youth Employment Services. I established student leadership teams while seeking ways to improve student culture. In the fall I will attend  DePauw University as a Posse Scholar. As the Vice Chairman of North Lawndale’s  Peace Council, our focus has been on Kingian Nonviolence. Currently, I am a national member of March for Our Lives and an activist who aspires to reform gun laws and everyday inequities such as discrimination in school funding and lack of resources within schools. My hope is to increase educational equity within schools by innovation and data driven progression.
