About:

Taylor (pronouns She/They) is a 2020 graduate of California State University, Monterey Bay. They will be attending the University of San Francisco for Urban and Public Affairs in the fall. They took URI’s level one training in the hopes that they can incorporate the Kingian Nonviolence framework in their graduate studies and wants their capstone project to be focused on institutionalizing nonviolence in policy making and reform. Taylor is passionate about social justice and aims to create positive, long-lasting change. In the past, they have facilitated writing workshops that aimed to encourage others to tell their story as well as listen to new perspectives.
