Neal Walker has extensive experience working for the United Nations. Over the course of his career, he has served as an international civil servant in many countries, headed the UN in Kyrgyzstan and Bangladesh, and led and scaled up the UN in Ukraine after Russia’s annexation of Crimea. Neal has led substantive work in sustainable development, human rights, humanitarian response/disaster management, governance, and strengthening peace and security.
