I currently serve as Chief of the Human Resource Department at the National Security Agency in Liberia. I have been serving as one of the external facilitators of the Lutheran Church in Liberia Trauma Healing & Reconciliation Program (THRP), conducting workshops with security personnel and civil authorities around the country (Liberia) since 1997. Our discussions center around trauma healing, reconciliation, and psychosocial counseling. I am also serving as Pastor of the Zion Free Methodist Church near Monrovia, Liberia. I infuse nonviolence into the gospel, helping the congregation see themselves in God’s image because i believe that the entire nonviolence ideology of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is based on biblical principles. I’m particularly concerned about the poor dispensation of justice coupled with issues of accountability (impropriety/corruption) in many countries around the world including my own country (Liberia). I firmly believe that if these are not amicably addressed, the consequences have the propensity to perpetually divide nations on ethnic, geographic, and social lines.
