About: 

I am a Tibetan by nationality and a nurse by profession. I am seeking the nonviolence and peace training because inner peace is what I have always sought out.  If your mind and soul have peace your body will function. As for my nationality, Tibetans have been in exile for the past 60 years. I work in India’s largest trauma center where we receive around 200-300 patients every day. Also, I have been working with the Tibetan Youth Compress as a volunteer for the past three years where we mainly focus on peace protests and bringing awareness to our younger generations about preserving our culture and traditions.
