Biography
Elizabeth is from Stow, Massachusetts and recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Nutrition: Dietetics and a minor in Psychology. Elizabeth loves all things nutrition and has been able to explore that passion since high school when she first took a Nutrition: Health and Wellness course. She is working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian after Graduate School and after completing her Dietetic Internship. Elizabeth is very passionate about music and have been to almost 40 concerts. She also loves nature and going to the beach to read or relax and enjoy the infamous New England beaches.
Research
Elizabeth’s main research interest is micronutrient metabolism.
