Dual Enrollment

Register

How do students register for courses?

To begin the enrollment process for a URI course, you must complete this online non-matriculation student form*.
*If you are accessing this form at your HS school then your school must have eCampus on its *white list* for access. For home computers, you need to allow pop up blockers in order to access this form.

  • Please indicate the correct term of enrollment (Fall or Spring).
  • You will need to complete the non-matric form for EACH term (Fall and Spring) you enroll in a URI class.

Students are assigned only one URI ID # for life. When your ID# is activated for registration, you will be notified through the email you reported to us. The first time you use the URI system, you will need to verify your information in eCampus and create “log in” information (USERID and PASSWORD). You do this only once.

If you have already created “log in” information BUT do not remember your eCampus password, please visit our ITS webpage for further information.

To complete your enrollment, log into eCampus and follow this path: MAIN MENU>SELF-SERVICE>ENROLLMENT>ENROLLMENT: ADD A COURSE. Enrollment is completed when you see a final green check mark.

FALL classes begin on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2024. Non matriculating high school students can begin to enroll for fall classes on July 5, 2024. Enrollment for fall classes must be completed NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2024.

SPRING classes begin on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2025. Non matriculating high school students can begin to enroll for spring classes on December 1, 2024. Enrollment must be completed NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2025.

Students registering for any URI class are required to meet all semester registration deadlines and abide by all enrollment procedures. See Academic Calendar.

If you matriculate to URI, then your Dual Enrollment course credits are listed on your official transcript. If you matriculate elsewhere, you will need to send an official transcript to your chosen institution for review and transfer approval. URI credits do transfer to many colleges and universities.

To receive a copy of your transcript or send your transcript to another college for review and transfer, complete this request in your eCampus account: MAIN MENU>SELF-SERVICE>ACADEMIC RECORDS>REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT.

For more information regarding course transfers among the RI public higher education institutions -URI, RIC & CCRI- please refer to ritransfers.org.
