- Be accountable for the impact of bias and inequity that our words and actions may have on others.
- Solicit feedback to discover and repair our blindspots toward inequality.
- Speak up to interrupt bias and microaggressions at all levels – from individual interaction to institutional and systemic policies.
- Diversity our network and hold ourselves responsible for developing and attracting diverse clinicians and supervisors.
- Embrace cultural humility in our clinical work and practices.
- Continually listen and learn when others share their experiences, in order to more fully understand and accept that it may be different than ours.
- Conduct regular evaluations of our services and procedures to ensure that our work never deviates from our antiracist values.
