Each year the University submits a capital improvement plan to the State of Rhode Island. The Governor’s Capital Budget includes the five-year plan request for FY2024-FY2028. 

Currently under consideration by the Governor’s Office and Legislature is the University’s FY2025-FY2029 plan as approved by the University of Rhode Island Board of Trustees.
