To increase international mobility opportunities for teaching, conducting research, and attending international conferences, the Vice Provost for Global Initiatives is pleased to provide once again, Global Mobility Travel Grants to support faculty travel for participation in conferences, international collaborative research and creative expression. In the case of conferences, preference will be given to applicants who will present a paper or work of creative expression.

Up to twenty-five (25) Grants of $800 – $2000 will be awarded.

Application period: December 6, 2019 – January 6, 2020
Successful applicants will be notified by February 7, 2020
The Grant will be distributed as a budget transfer to the college of the awardee
All travel as well as travel related reimbursements must be completed before June 30, 2020. 

Submissions should include: 
A Proposal addressing the intended activity (not to exceed three pages – double spaced, 12pt. font)
An Itemized Budget to include any other funding secured or applicable to the activity addressed in the proposal
Short Curriculum Vitae of no more than three pages
