As of the 2025–2026 academic year, full-time faculty not subject to full dossier review are expected to complete an annual CV update in Faculty180. The process for updating the section and fields included in the Curriculum Vitae is very similar to that of the Tabulation of Accomplishments Form used in the full dossier reviews.
Key Details
- These changes concern full-time faculty only.
- The annual CV update is only for faculty not up for a full dossier review, such as review or promotion
- This academic year (2025–2026) only, the requested annual CV update for tenure-track, clinical, and research faculty is December 1, 2025.
- Beginning with the 2026–2027 academic year, CV updates for tenure-track, clinical, and research faculty will be due annually by October 1.
- Teaching track faculty will complete their first annual CV update by February 1, 2026.
- At the request of the dean, faculty members will meet with the dean or associate dean to discuss the CV.
- At the request of a faculty member, the dean will meet with a faculty member to discuss the CV.
- While ideally, a CV captures a faculty member’s entire career, minimally, it should capture the time since the last promotion or the last five years, whichever is shorter.
