Biography

Jeanne Hruska is the Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to Barbara Wolfe, Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. Prior to joining URI, she served as Senior Advisor at the American Constitution Society in Washington, DC, and before that as Political Director at the American Civil Liberties Union of New Hampshire. She started her career with the U.S. Department of State, working primarily on Africa and U.S. sanctions policy.

Jeanne earned her J.D. from George Washington University School of Law and her BA in political science from the University of Southern California. She grew up in New England.
