This spring, students from all SMILE clubs (20 schools all together) have been busy developing and implementing their Environmental Stewardship Projects. Thanks to grants from NOAA B-WET, Dominion Foundation, and the Blackstone River Coalition, SMILE students have been able to “think big”.  Their goal: to decrease stormwater runoff!
