Research
My research combines novel sampling techniques with chemical transport modeling to understand how PFAS distribute among tissues in the human body. By taking a closer look at the relationship between chemical properties and biological activity, I aim to establish a mechanistic link between tissue-specific accumulation of PFAS and various adverse human health effects such as liver and kidney diseases.
