Program Highlights
- Approved B.F.A. curriculum with intensive specialization in one or two of four disciplines: Acting, Directing, Stage/Theatre Management, and Design/Technology
- Low student to faculty ratio, with specialized classes in small, seminar-like settings
- No audition required to become a Theatre major
- Undergraduate-only program, so no competition from graduate students
- Specialize in multiple areas of theatre, double major, or minor; and still finish in four years
- Opportunities for paid employment within the department while pursuing your degree
- Professional, diverse, rotating faculty with guest artists from Boston and NYC

givingClothing, Furniture and Prop Donations
URI Theatre welcomes donations of clean, slightly used clothing, unusual or period furniture and various small items for use as props or set pieces in our productions.
