This project evaluates spillway management as the primary mitigation tool for floods.  Spillway management has the potential to negatively impact Water Supply or (Safe Yield).  Therefore, an integral part of this model and analysis is intended to identify the Safe Yield and opportunities for mitigation without negatively impacting Safe Yield.
