Biography

Dr Earp’s research focuses on morphological adaptations to exercise, muscle-tendon interaction during exercise and the use of exercise in tendon health and adaptation. With a keen interest in applied sports science he has served as a consultant for numerous athletes and teams including the Australian and Indonesian Olympic Committees as well as a strength and conditioning coach at the US-Olympic Training Center, the National Strength & Conditioning Association World Headquarters, the International Performance Institute and the University of Connecticut. Dr Earp current serves an Associate Editor for the Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research and is a Member at Large in the New England Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach by the National Strength & Conditioning Association and Sport Performance Coach by USA Weightlifting.
