About: 

My personal interest in Nonviolence stems from my studies in psychology. This past year I took a class titled The Psychology of Violence and Nonviolence where I was first introduced to the concepts of Nonviolence. From there I sought out to learn more and recently completed a course with Paul Bueno de Mesquita in Nonviolence training. Internal conflict of the spirit is a topic addressed in Nonviolence that interests me greatly. I believe that all conflict starts with the individual and I hope to gain more training in controlling internal violence of my own spirit as well as ways to educate others on the subject.
