Post-Graduate Training Residencies and Fellowships
Our students continue to be highly successful candidates for post-graduate training in residencies and fellowships. Overall, 22% of the graduating class is pursuing post-graduate training. This year 82% of URI pharmacy students who applied for PGY1 residencies matched with ASHP-accredited PGY1 programs compared to the national match rate of 64%. Additionally, 4 students accepted fellowships.
