Transfer students are encouraged to enroll in URI101, “Planning for Academic Success” Seminar – This 1-credit course was developed to acclimate you to URI, learn URI lingo and policies, meet other transfer students starting at URI during the fall semester, all with a strong focus on academic advising and planning. URI101 is required if you have fewer than 24 transfer credits. For Fall 2025, please register for section 0162, Tuesdays 2-2:50pm. Transfer registration for Fall 2025 began April 16, continuing through September. Register through e-Campus after meeting with your advisor.
Students who are seeking disability-related, reasonable accommodations for housing, academic, or transportation needs, should contact the office of Disability, Access, and Inclusion to start the eligibility intake process as soon as possible.
You will need your Student ID number and Single-Sign-On (SSO) ready to make advising appointment on Starfish.
