Biography

James Bryant currently works as the director of the PMO at Nabsys, a company dedicated to improving lives through electronic genome mapping. Shortly after being honorably discharged from Navy active duty as a Submarine Warfare Officer nuclear engineer for 8 years, James inadvertently stumbled into the world of new product development. For the past 15 years, he has led teams to create new products across a variety of industries, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive, industrial equipment manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and most recently, biotech. His current role is focused on helping improve program management maturity and successfully commercialize complex nanodetection-based laboratory instrumentation.. James has earned his undergraduate in Chemistry with Physics and Mathematics from the University of Arizona, a Masters of Science in Chemistry from Lehigh University, an MBA from Northeastern University, and he is a certified New Product Development Professional (PDMA), Program Manager (PMI) and Project Manager (PMI). He currently lives in North Smithfield, RI, and spends his free time exercising, watching movies, and renovating his house.
