Adam Conrady is an information technology (IT) sales executive with 17 years of experience, ranging from large IT companies to small startups. Currently, he serves as a business development manager with Eviden, an international company focused on the digital transformation of large IT organizations. In this role, Adam interacts daily with some of the largest global companies in the market. His work within the Smart Platforms practice focuses primarily on helping customers align people, processes, and technology during digital transformation projects to maximize strategic business value.
Born and raised in Prior Lake, Minnesota, this die-hard Vikings fan’s desire to be of service to others stems from his Midwestern roots. After graduating high school, Adam enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. Here, he learned the importance of service before self, the necessity for professional development, and the value of teamwork and collaboration. Recognized as a leader, Adam was selected for the Marine Corps Enlisted Commissioning Education Program. He graduated magna cum laude, earning a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University, and was commissioned a second lieutenant. Serving as a communications officer, his duty locations included Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, and combat tours in Bosnia/Kosovo and Iraq. Adam achieved the rank of captain, ending his active service in 2006.
One of Adam’s professional goals is to become a thought leader in Business Digital Transformation. To that end, he recently completed his master’s degree in business administration from Florida Southern College and looks forward to being a part of the University of Rhode Island’s Doctorate of Business Administration program.
Adam is an active community member and at-large board member for Talbot House Ministries, which provides comprehensive services for homeless men and women in Polk County, Florida.
Family is everything to Adam. He and his incredible wife Shannon currently reside in Lakeland, Florida, and have five wonderful children — Allison, Matthew, Brandon, Ashleigh, and Caleb — of whom they could not be prouder!
