Biography
With over 25 years of experience in the Enterprise Software industry, Frank has held various leadership roles in software marketing, product management, sales operations, corporate planning, and customer experience in Silicon Valley, California. In his most recent position as Sr. Director, Customer Experience Operations at Adobe Inc., Frank led global operations focused on providing exceptional customer support, high-profile client escalation management, and voice-of-the-customer initiatives.
Frank also recently launched a boutique consulting firm offering managerial operational frameworks, training, and implementation services for scaling up a tech company’s Customer Service & Support organization from start-up to enterprise level performance.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. His research focus centers around harnessing AI to enhance managerial operational frameworks for Customer Service & Support.
Frank has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Laurentian University. And a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Ottawa. Frank was awarded Top Sales Operations Leaders to Watch in 2013 by Sales Benchmark Index.
When not at work, Frank enjoys mountain biking and downhill skiing.
