Biography

Rebecca Akosua Kpoor is from Ghana. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics with a Clothing and Textiles major from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Upon completion, she was employed by Ghana Education Service to teach Clothing and Textiles in a Senior High School. She is currently pursuing her MS in Textiles Fashion Merchandising and Design at the University of Rhode Island. Her interest is in Fashion Merchandising and Design. Specifically, she wants to understand what influences consumers’ purchase decisions and consumers’ loyalty
to a brand.
