Artie has over 20 years of diversified accounting and auditing experience, which includes public and private accounting roles. He’s served employers and clients ranging from start-ups to established Fortune 500 companies. He’s audited non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental organizations. After his time in public accounting, he moved into the internal audit department of companies traded on the NYSE and NASDAQ, including Cablevision Systems Corp and Henry Schein Inc, where he specialized in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. His career path then took him into corporate accounting at public and private companies where he took on increasing responsibilities, staff management/mentoring, and progressed from accounting supervisory roles to the C-level role he holds today at Lab-Aids, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his full-time role, he consults with SaaS startups at seed stage to help them build out accounting and reporting systems, processes and procedures, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow modeling, and financial projection tools.

One of his passions has always been mentoring the next generation of accountants.
