Biography

aren Hernandez is currently the Director of Payroll with a retail company in NY. She has 18 years’ experience in the payroll and HR industry with the majority of her time working in the non-profit sector.

Her focus has been in strategic payroll, HR leadership and organizational development. She looks forward to expanding more on organizational policies and processes at URI’s Doctorate of Business Administration Program.
