The Dean’s Business Student Advisory Council (DBSAC) at the URI College of Business is composed of graduate and undergraduate students representing all majors within the college. The council’s purpose is to work closely with the dean’s leadership team to recommend courses of action to improve the overall student experience.
Membership Criteria: Nominations are submitted by the student body, and recommended to serve by the faculty. Final membership selection is determined by the college dean, after the successful completion of an interview and review of the student’s academic and co-curricular activities. Council members are required to attend monthly meetings and some special events throughout the academic year.
The DBSAC is not accepting new student members at this time and is currently undergoing an organizational realignment to best meet the needs of the college. Please contact Assistant Dean Carmen Rogers for questions or to receive more information.
