Survey, School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State.

With Gratitude from the The National Academy of Arbitrators, New England Chapter’s DEIB Committee.

Dear Labor and Management Advocates:
The National Academy of Arbitrators, New England Chapter’s DEIB Committee is conducting a survey of labor and management advocates about your observations or experience of bias in labor arbitration. Your responses to this short survey will help inform the DEIB Committee’s educational programming aimed at helping NAA New England members become better arbitrators relative to diversity.

The survey is brief (7 questions, which take about 5 minutes) and easily completed online. Please access the following link to complete the survey.

The survey is being managed by the School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State. All data collected is anonymous. You will not be asked to provide a name, email or other identifying information. We value your participation and thank you for your time and input.

Thank you,
Susan Halperin and Mary Ellen Shea, Co-Chairs
