Biography
Annemarie Stella is a seasoned Private/Corporate Flight Attendant with over 15 years of military, commercial, and private aviation industry experience. Her diverse background and deep understanding of aviation operations have allowed her to thrive in high-stakes, client-focused environments around the globe.
Annemarie’s expertise in operations, coupled with her knowledge in luxury markets led her to create a comprehensive Client Experience program for a semi-private international airline. Under her leadership, the program received multiple best-in-class accolades—even during the challenging travel conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic—highlighting her ability to lead with innovation, responsiveness, and efficiency.
She holds a BS in Management/ minor in Statistics from Oakland University and earned her MBA from Excelsior University. In addition, she is a United States Air Force veteran, entering service as an Air Traffic Controller. Annemarie combines her academic foundation with hands-on industry knowledge to deliver exceptional service and continuously elevate standards in the aviation sector. Using the skills learned in the DBA program, she hopes to introduce training and safety requirements at a Federal level for Private/Corporate Flight Attendants, a group historically underrepresented in regulations.
Annemarie enjoys ferreting out hole-in-the-wall restaurants, blindly riding trains in new cities, and attempting to keep her houseplants alive.
