Biography

Benjamin Sullivan, MBA is an accomplished finance and operations executive with more than 15 years of experience leading accounting, financial management, human resources, business development, and operational functions across diverse industries. He currently serves as Controller and Vice President at Michael’s Party Rentals, where he oversees accounting, finance, payroll, accounts payable, and human resources operations.
Prior to his current positions, Benjamin was Vice President of Business Development for The Stepping Stones Group’s Autism and Community Division, where he led the identification, integration, and management of new business opportunities and acquisitions. He also co-founded New England ABA, a provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis services for children with autism, serving as Chief Financial and Operating Officer and helping guide the organization’s growth through strategic financial and operational leadership.
Earlier in his career, Benjamin worked as a Forensic Accountant supporting legal investigations and financial analyses, and held positions in financial services with John Hancock Financial Services.
Benjamin earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University. His expertise includes accounting and financial reporting, leadership and team management, operational improvement, information technology management, and QuickBooks accounting systems.
He is recognized for his ability to align financial strategy with operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable organizational growth.
